The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Geelong city, making it convenient to walk to the main attractions. The rooms have been renovated and are modern and clean, but there was a slight old damp smell. The service, however, was quite poor with rude behavior from the staff. The dining options were limited due to the current situation, but the overall stay was comfortable and the location was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and more like a hotel than a motel, and despite the lack of appeal outside, once inside, it was really clean and comfortable. The service was amazingly helpful, though they could work on their presentation and approachability. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to Eastern Beach, restaurants, and the main shopping street of Geelong. The dining experience was very enjoyable, although a bit overpriced for the menu options. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly and helpful staff.
